The invention provides a water-air amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a flight mechanism, a diving mechanism, a lifting mechanism used for lifting the flight mechanism and a controller. The flying mechanism comprises a mounting shell, a first driving motor provided with a driving gear, four pairwise connecting racks, two inserting racks, four flying motors and four first propellers correspondingly mounted on output shafts of the four flying motors, wherein the four connecting racks are in central symmetry relative to the driving gear and are slidably connected into the mounting shell; the four first propellers are correspondingly mounted on output shafts of the four flying motors; the two pairs of connecting racks and the two inserting racks are all meshed with the driving gear, the two inserting racks are slidably connected into the mounting shell in a central symmetry mode with respect to the driving gear and synchronously stretch out and draw back with the two pairs of connecting racks, and the four flight motors are correspondingly mounted at the ends, away from the driving gear, of the four connecting racks. The invention discloses a water-air amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle, belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and can dive into water and fly in the air.
