The invention relates to a variable-gap point type connection unlocking device and method. The variable-gap point type connection unlocking device comprises a sleeve cover, a double-thread screw, a collecting spring, a force bearing bowl, a connecting cylinder, a loading nut, a spring end cover, two cushion blocks, a cushion block torsion assembly and a separation nut. The lower end of the sleeve cover is connected with the upper end face of a connecting cylinder which is connected with an upper separating body through a flange plate. Two cushion blocks are arranged between the lower end face of the connecting cylinder and the upper end face of the separating nut. The lower end face of the separating nut is connected with the lower separating body through a flange. Two cushion block torsion assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the connecting positions of the connecting cylinder and the two cushion blocks and provide torsion force for upward overturning of the two cushion blocks, and the separation and butt joint gap value between the connecting cylinder and the separation nut is changed by changing the heights of the two cushion blocks. According to the invention, not only can the satellite-rocket connection and separation functions be well realized, the impact is effectively reduced, but also the variable gap function can be well realized when two separated bodies need to be butted again and a certain gap is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种可变间隙的点式连接解锁装置及方法,包括套罩、双头螺杆、收集弹簧、承力碗、连接筒、加载螺母、弹簧端盖、两个垫块、垫块扭转组件和分离螺母;套罩下端与连接筒上端面连接,连接筒通过法兰盘与上分离体连接;连接筒下端面与分离螺母上端面之间设有两个垫块,分离螺母下端面通过法兰与下分离体连接;连接筒与两个垫块的连接位置处对称设有两处垫块扭转组件,提供两个垫块向上翻转的扭转力,通过改变两个垫块的高度改变连接筒与分离螺母之间分离、对接的间隙值。本发明不仅能够很好地实现星‑箭之间的连接与分离功能,有效地减小冲击,并且在两分离体需要再次对接并保证一定间隙时能够很好地实现可变间隙的功能。
