The invention provides an intelligent vehicle-mounted connecting and unlocking device and a using method thereof. The intelligent vehicle-mounted connecting and unlocking device comprises a driving structure, a transmission structure, a supporting structure and a connecting and unlocking structure. A rod provided with a threaded groove is additionally arranged on the basis of a bolt power-assisted connecting and unlocking device, and ascending and rotating of a locking switch are achieved while the effect of the bolt power-assisted connecting and unlocking device is guaranteed; the number of rotation turns of the motor can be changed according to the force required by the connection carrier in different situations, the screwing depth of the threads is adjusted so as to adjust the locking force, and the magnitude of the locking force can be corrected by increasing the number of rotation turns of the motor under the condition that the device is abraded. The mechanism is simple in structure and easy to assemble, connection, unlocking and disconnection of the mechanism can be completed only through one power piece of the motor, and control is easy and convenient; the device is high in practicability, more reliable in performance and wider in application scene, meanwhile, locking force compensation can be conducted through the motor, and needed locking force and pre-tightening force can be obtained by adjusting parameters of the speed reducer.

    本发明提供一种智能车载连接解锁装置及其使用方法,包括驱动结构、传动结构、支撑结构、连接解锁结构。本发明为在螺栓助力连接解锁装置的基础上增加设有螺纹槽的杆,在保证螺栓助力连接解锁装置作用的同时实现锁止开关的上升与旋转;可以根据不同情境下连接载体需要的力改变电机的旋转圈数,调节螺纹的旋合深度进而调节锁紧力,并能够在装置磨损的情况下通过增加电机旋转的圈数修正锁紧力的大小。本发明结构简单易于装配,仅需电机一个动力件即可完成机构的连接解锁与断开,控制简单方便;实用性更强且性能更加可靠,应用场景更加广泛,同时可以通过电机进行锁紧力的补偿,并可以通过调整减速器的参数来获取需要的锁紧力与预紧力。
