The invention discloses a deformable electromagnetic crawler wall-climbing robot. Belongs to the technical field of robots and comprises a robot body, deformable track devices, steering connecting rods, guide wheels, track supports and the like. According to the device, electricity conduction magnetism generation and power loss demagnetization performance of the crawler electromagnet blocks are matched with crawler rotation of driving wheels of the robot, downward magnetic force is generated when the head crawler device does not make contact with the wall, meanwhile, magnetic force of the tail of the robot is eliminated, and forward movement of the crawler devices is achieved. In addition, the robot uses a deformable track, the track device is pulled to deform through a steering connecting rod, and the track device at the deformation part is pulled to an adsorption part at the bottom of the device in cooperation with the recurrent motion of the track device during advancing, so that the steering work of the device is completed.

    本发明公开了一种可变形电磁履带爬壁机器人。属于机器人技术领域,包括机体、可变形的履带装置、转向连杆、导向轮及履带支架等部件。该装置利用履带电磁铁块的导电生磁及失电消磁的性能,配合机器人驱动轮的履带转动,对首部履带装置未接触墙面而产生的向下磁力,同时消除机器人尾部的磁力,实现履带装置的前进运动,此功能较于传统永磁体履带机器人的运动,动力性和安全性都有很大的提升,此外该机器人使用可变形履带,通过转向连杆拉动履带装置形变,配合前进时履带装置的轮回运动,将形变部位履带装置拉动到装置底部吸附部位,完成装置的转向工作。
