The invention provides an EPS steering zero position correction method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The EPS steering zero position correction method comprises the steps that whether a vehicle runs linearly within preset time or not is monitored according to the vehicle speed, the left front wheel speed and the right front wheel speed; if the vehicle linearly runs within the preset time, calculating the average value of the values of the corner sensor within the preset time to obtain a calibration reference value; and if the absolute value of the calibration reference value is greater than the first angle threshold value, controlling the power-assisted motor to correct the angle of the steering wheel according to the calibration reference value. According to the method, whether the steering wheel is obviously inclined or not is judged according to the calibration reference value obtained in the straight driving period of the vehicle, and when it is recognized that the obvious inclination of the steering wheel affects normal driving, the angle of the steering wheel is corrected through the power-assisted motor, so that the zero position of the steering angle sensor is accurately restored, and normal operation of the EPS return function is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种EPS转向零位修正方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,EPS转向零位修正方法包括:根据车速、左前轮轮速和右前轮轮速监测车辆是否在预设时间内直线行驶;若车辆在预设时间内直线行驶,则计算预设时间内转角传感器值的平均值得到校准参考值;若校准参考值的绝对值大于第一角度阈值,则根据校准参考值控制助力电机修正方向盘角度。通过本发明,根据车辆直线行驶期间得到校准参考值判断方向盘是否明显歪斜,在识别到方向盘明显歪斜影响到正常驾驶时,通过助力电机修正方向盘角度,使转角传感器的零位恢复准确,保证EPS回正功能的正常运行。
