A U-groove type infrared correlation inductor is fixedly installed on the outer side end face of a plunger of a rudder pushing mechanism, an induction piece is fixed to a base, and a through hole is formed in the horizontal plane of the induction piece; the horizontal height of the induction piece is located in an infrared ray induction area of the U-shaped groove infrared correlation inductor, during rudder correction, the center line of the U-shaped groove infrared correlation inductor right faces the rudder angle zero position, an emitter of the U-shaped groove infrared correlation inductor emits infrared rays, the infrared rays penetrate through a through hole of the induction piece to be received by a receiver, and pulse signals are instantly triggered to be sent to a rudder angle position controller. The pulse signal is collected to carry out zero position deviation correction on the rudder angle position controller, and the problem of rudder angle zero position drift after the rudder angle feedback collection assembly is used for a long time is effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种在线舵角零位纠偏的操舵装置及舵角零位纠偏方法,在推舵机构的柱塞外侧端面固定安装U槽型红外对射感应器,感应片固定在基座上,感应片水平面上开有通孔,感应片水平高度位于U型槽红外对射感应器的红外射线感应区内,正舵时,U型槽红外对射感应器的中心线正对舵角零位,U型槽红外对射感应器的发射器发射红外射线穿过感应片通孔被接收器接收,并瞬间触发脉冲信号送舵角位置控制器,采集此脉冲信号进行对舵角位置控制器进行零位纠偏,有效解决舵角反馈采集组件长期使用后角舵角零位漂移问题。
