The invention relates to a ship rudder angle feedback device and a rudder angle calibration method.The rudder angle feedback device comprises a connecting rod, a potentiometer and two rudder angle collecting and sending plates, the connecting rod reflects the actual rudder angle of a ship in real time and is connected with the potentiometer, and the connecting rod drives the potentiometer to rotate to output the voltage value of the actual rudder angle in real time; the two rudder angle collecting and sending plates are used for collecting voltage values of rudder angles respectively and converting voltage values of analog signals into actual rudder angle values of digital signals, the two rudder angle collecting and sending plates are dual-redundancy hot backups for each other, and each rudder angle collecting and sending plate is provided with a CAN signal interface and a serial port signal interface at the same time; the invention further relates to a rudder angle calibration method. Calibration parameters are obtained through fitting according to the left rudder and the right rudder. According to the invention, the dual-redundancy function is realized through the two identical acquisition and sending plates, the reliability of the device is enhanced, the device is simple in structure and easy to realize, and more importantly, the rudder angle value with very high precision can be output through the calibration method provided by the invention.

    本发明涉及一种船舶舵角反馈装置及舵角标定方法,所述舵角反馈装置包括连杆、电位器和两块舵角采集及发送板,连杆实时反映船舶实际舵角并与电位器连接,连杆带动电位器的转动实时输出实际舵角的电压值,所述两块舵角采集及发送板分别采集舵角的电压值,将模拟信号的电压值转换为数字信号的实际舵角值,两块舵角采集及发送板互为双冗余热备份,每块舵角采集及发送板同时拥有CAN信号和串口信号接口;还涉及到舵角标定方法,按照左舵和右舵分别通过拟合得到标定参数。本发明通过两块相同的采集及发送板就实现了双冗余功能,增强了设备的可靠性,同时设备结构简单、易于实现,更重要的是通过本发明提出的标定方法,能够输出非常高精度的舵角值。
