The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted intelligent control system based on environment perception and multi-vehicle cooperation. The vehicle-mounted intelligent control system comprises an environment perception module, a vehicle motion navigation module, a cooperative control module and a driving decision module. The environment sensing module and the vehicle motion navigation module are connected in sequence, and the cooperative control module is connected with the vehicle motion navigation module and the driving decision module. The system can achieve intelligent driving control, can achieve cooperative driving with other intelligent vehicles, and has the advantages of being good in collaboration, high in intelligence and high in safety.
