The invention discloses a full silicon carbide direct current charging pile which comprises a vehicle charging connector, a charging module, a metering monitoring unit and a charging controller, the metering monitoring unit is further connected with a metering control unit, the metering control unit is connected with a touch screen, and the charging module comprises a front-stage circuit board and a rear-stage circuit board. The front-stage circuit board comprises a first converter, the first converter is of a three-phase six-switch full-bridge topological structure, the rear-stage circuit board comprises a second converter, and the second converter is of a single-phase full-bridge two-level LLC topological structure based on a 1200 V SiC device. A topological structure of AC/DC and DC/DC of a full SiC technical scheme is adopted, the superior characteristics of high frequency, high power, high voltage resistance and the like of a silicon carbide (SiC) power device are fully utilized, the circuit structure is simplified, and the equipment reliability and efficiency are improved.
