The invention discloses a vehicle driving comfort improving method and system. The method comprises the following steps that the longitudinal acceleration in the vehicle driving process is obtained; according to the obtained longitudinal acceleration, the expected point rising working condition in front of the vehicle is obtained; and for the expected point-up working condition in front of the vehicle, the point-up of the vehicle is restrained by adjusting the rigidity of the active suspension. According to the vehicle driving comfort improving method provided by the invention, the point head-up working condition in the vehicle driving process is restrained by controlling the rigidity of the suspension, the influence of the hardness of the suspension is avoided, and the vehicle driving comfort is effectively improved; the method is suitable for point and head raising control in the driving process of vehicles with suspension systems of different hardness degrees. Under the braking working condition, vehicle deceleration does not need to be changed or braking pressure does not need to be increased, and the vehicle braking stroke is not affected.
