According to the deep sea base station, ocean current energy of deep sea is converted by utilizing an ocean current turbine with equal-thickness arc wing blades, meanwhile, electric energy can be converted into chemical energy of the deep sea base station, the chemical energy is stored in a battery of the deep sea base station to supply power to various observation devices carried by the base station, and an autonomous underwater vehicle and a buoy system can also be supplied with power through a wireless power supply device. According to the invention, ocean energy can be continuously observed without receiving any ship-based energy supply and shore-based energy supply.
