A mooring type deep sea observation system based on a contra-rotating helical blade water turbine cluster comprises a buoyancy device, a magnetic suspension supporting device, the contra-rotating helical blade water turbine cluster, a planetary gear mechanism, a magnetic transmission device, a low-resistance sealing cavity, a power generation module, a deep sea base station, an underwater autonomous vehicle and a flow collecting type water turbine mounting device. The invention provides a mooring type deep sea observation system based on a contra-rotating helical blade water turbine cluster. The deep sea observation system is composed of an underwater autonomous vehicle, a mooring system and the like. The mooring system provides energy for the autonomous underwater vehicle by utilizing deep sea current energy, and a scientific investigation ship does not need to stop for a long time to supplement energy. Energy is provided for the autonomous underwater vehicle in a wireless charging mode.
