The invention relates to a method for controlling an electronic vacuum pump of a pure electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps: a vehicle control unit controls the vacuum pump to work based on vacuum degree, vehicle speed and environment pressure signals, and the vehicle control unit controls the working duty ratio of the electronic vacuum pump in a normal state; determining the working duty ratio of the vacuum pump according to the relation between the vacuum degree and the environment pressure; determining a vacuum pump working duty ratio factor according to the vehicle speed; determining the working duty ratio of the vacuum pump; when the vehicle speed signal is invalid in the fault state, the working duty ratio factors of the vacuum pumps corresponding to different vehicle speeds are selected as specific values; when the environment pressure signal is invalid, the atmospheric pressure is replaced by the specific environment pressure; and when the vacuum degree signal is invalid, the vehicle control unit controls the vacuum pump to intermittently work at a specific duty ratio. Starting, closing and rotating speed control of the vacuum pump are completed by the vehicle control unit; working of the vacuum pump is controlled by comprehensively considering vehicle speed, vacuum degree, environment pressure and other factors, so that the service life of the vacuum pump is prolonged, and vehicle power consumption and noise are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种纯电动汽车电子真空泵控制方法,整车控制器基于真空度、车速和环境压力信号控制真空泵工作,正常状态下整车控制器控制电子真空泵工作占空比;依据真空度与环境压力的关系确定真空泵工作占空比;根据车速确定真空泵工作占空比因子;确定真空泵工作占空比;故障状态下车速信号无效时,不同车速下对应的真空泵工作占空比因子取特定值;环境压力信号无效时,将大气压力以特定环境压力替代;真空度信号无效时,整车控制器控制真空泵以特定占空比间隙性工作。本发明真空泵的开启、关闭以及转速的控制由整车控制器完成;综合考虑车速,真空度,环境压力等因素控制真空泵的工作,从而提高真空泵的使用寿命降低车辆电耗与噪音。
