The invention relates to a control method for an electronic vacuum pump of a pure electric vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps that firstly, powering-on the whole vehicle, and presetting the vacuumizing time and temperature; 2, testing a pressure value in the electronic vacuum pump; 3, determining the opening and closing threshold values of the electronic vacuum pump; 4, adjusting the internal pressure of the electronic vacuum pump; and 5, stopping the electronic vacuum pump normally or stopping due to faults; the method can accurately control the vacuum degree in the vacuum pump, reduces the use of an atmospheric sensor, saves the cost, reduces the loss of the vacuum pump through over-temperature and over-time protection, and effectively prolongs the service life of the vacuum pump.

    本发明涉及一种纯电动汽车电子真空泵的控制方法,包括以下步骤:第一步,整车ON上电预设抽真空的时间和温度;第二步,测试电子真空泵内的压力值;第三步,确定电子真空泵开启和关闭的阈值;第四步,调节电子真空泵的内部压力;第五步,电子真空泵正常停机或故障停机;本方法能精确地控制真空泵内的真空度,减少大气传感器的使用,节约成本,过温过时保护减少真空泵的损耗,有效的延长了真空泵的寿命。
