An electric vehicle and power grid interaction system comprises an electric vehicle, electric vehicle power supply equipment and an interaction communication system. The electric vehicle comprises a vehicle-mounted battery and a vehicle-mounted charger, the vehicle-mounted charger comprises a bidirectional power conversion circuit and a vehicle-mounted charger controller, and the bidirectional power conversion circuit is connected with the vehicle-mounted battery. The electric vehicle power supply equipment comprises a charging and discharging connection device which comprises a first contactor connected with the power grid and the bidirectional power conversion circuit. The interactive communication system comprises an electric vehicle communication controller, a power supply equipment communication controller and a vehicle-mounted charger controller. The vehicle-mounted charger controller controls the bidirectional power conversion circuit. And the power supply equipment communication controller is in direct communication with the electric vehicle communication controller. The power supply equipment communication controller is in indirect communication with the vehicle-mounted charger controller through the first communication channel via the electric vehicle communication controller. And the power supply equipment communication controller and the vehicle-mounted charger are in direct communication through a second communication channel.
