According to the electric vehicle and power grid interaction control system and control method, a pipeline PIPE is constructed to receive and transmit battery messages on a battery message transmission channel, delayed transmission is performed on the battery messages received by the pipeline PIPE, the battery messages received by the pipeline PIPE pause in the pipeline PIPE, the load of the pipeline PIPE for outputting battery message transmission is reduced, and the transmission efficiency of the pipeline PIPE is improved. The transmission efficiency of the whole battery message is ensured, the transmission efficiency of the whole battery message is enhanced, the delay transmission of the battery message output by the pipeline PIPE prevents the battery message output by the battery message transmission channel from generating a channel blocking state due to overhigh transmission load of the battery message, and the transmission efficiency of the whole battery message is improved. And the overall battery message transmission efficiency of the battery message transmission channel is ensured.
