The invention relates to an intelligent visual tower crane system, which comprises a cloud platform and a tower crane, and further comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, an intelligent control module and a safety alarm module, and the plurality of modules perform information interaction based on digital signals; the data acquisition module comprises a height sensing device, an amplitude sensing device, a rotation sensing device, a weight sensing device, a wind speed sensing device, an inclination angle sensing device and a lifting hook visual module which are arranged on the tower crane; the intelligent control module manually sets an early warning threshold value and compares data obtained through data processing of the data processing module with the early warning threshold value, when all the data are within the data range of the early warning threshold value, the tower crane works normally, and when the data are close to the early warning threshold value, the safety alarm system sends out an alarm signal. And when the monitoring data exceeds an early warning threshold value, an abnormal alarm signal is sent out, so that a construction project is effectively helped to become an informatization management project for safe production and civilized construction.

    本发明涉及到一种智慧型可视化塔机系统,包括云平台和塔吊,还包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块、智能控制模块以及安全报警模块,若干所述模块之间基于数字信号进行信息交互;数据采集模块包括设置在塔吊上的高度传感装置、幅度传感装置、回转传感装置,重量传感装置、风速传感装置、倾角传感装置和吊钩可视模组;智能控制模块通过人工设定预警阈值,将数据处理模块经过数据处理所得到的数据与预警阈值进行比对,当这些数据都在预警阈值的数据范围内时,则塔吊正常工作,当数据接近预警阈值时,则由安全警报系统发出警报信号,当监测数据超过预警阈值时则发出异常报警信号,从而起到有效帮助施工项目成为安全生产、文明施工的信息化管理工程。
