The driven wheel is rotationally connected with the platform, a transmission part is connected between the driving wheel and the driven wheel in a winding mode, the transmission part is connected with a centering part located above the platform, and the connecting positions of the centering part and the transmission part which are oppositely arranged are arranged in a central symmetry mode relative to the center point of the platform so as to achieve synchronous opposite or far-away movement. The electric load is small.
