The invention relates to a pure bending moment loading strength test device for a wing box section, which is used for carrying out a pure bending moment loading strength test on the wing box section, and a first actuating cylinder and a second actuating cylinder can pass through a first loading box section, a first loading adapter plate, a first end adapter plate and a first end steel plate; the first loading box section, the second loading adapter plate, the second end adapter plate and the second end steel plate are used for applying a load to the wing box section, and in the process, a first end base plate connected to the bottom side of the first loading box section and a first end convex part supported by a first end bracket can rotate and translate in the spanwise direction; and a second end convex hinge connected with the second loading box section and a second end concave hinge supported by the second end bracket can only start to rotate and cannot generate spanwise translation, so that the pure bending moment load can be stably applied to the wing box section, and in addition, the test can be smoothly completed when the test load is relatively large.
