The invention discloses a vehicle emergency collision avoidance control method, device and equipment, a medium, a system and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: determining obstacle information around a vehicle driving road; according to the obstacle information, a target obstacle is screened out through an automatic emergency braking function of the vehicle; the target obstacle is set to be an obstacle screened out through the emergency steering auxiliary function of the vehicle; and according to the target obstacle, a driver is assisted to perform emergency collision avoidance through an automatic emergency braking function of the vehicle and an emergency steering auxiliary function of the vehicle. According to the method, the automatic emergency braking function and the emergency steering auxiliary function of the vehicle share one target obstacle, and the success rate of emergency collision avoidance can be increased.
