In order to evaluate in real time the risk that it is possible to prevent the travel of an automobile and dynamically generate a new travel scenario when there is a new risk, a risk parameter indicating the risk with respect to the travel of the automobile is determined from sensor information acquired by a sensor unit mounted on the automobile; on the basis of the reliability of the risk parameter and the degree of correlation of the risk parameter with respect to an existing traveling scene stored in the scene database, the degree of correspondence of the risk parameter with respect to the existing traveling scene is determined, and on the basis of the degree of correspondence, a driving control activity for controlling the driving of the vehicle is determined. And generates a new travel scenario on the basis of a new risk parameter in which the degree of correlation with the existing travel scenario stored in the scenario database does not satisfy a prescribed degree of correlation criterion.
