The invention discloses a hoisting tool for disassembling a railway scrapped open wagon chassis, and belongs to the technical field of disassembling and hoisting of railway scrapped carriages. Comprising a lifting frame, two travelling crane lifting lugs welded to the upper portion of the lifting frame, a lifting lug support hinged to the lifting frame, a self-locking clamping jaw connected with a bearing lifting chain on the lifting lug support, a lifting ring lifting chain connected with the travelling crane lifting lugs and a tension spring connected with the lifting frame and the lifting lug support. According to the hoisting tool, a double-beam four-head type vertical hoisting method is adopted, four self-locking clamping jaws of the tool are used for vertically hoisting a front hoisting handle, a rear hoisting handle, a left hoisting handle and a right hoisting handle of a disassembled part correspondingly, and balance and stability in the hoisting process are guaranteed; the rotatable lifting lug support is adopted, lifting of cutting pieces with different sizes within a certain range is met, frequent replacement of a lifting tool is avoided, and the lifting efficiency is improved; in addition, the invention designs a self-locking clamping jaw which is used for clamping and lifting a cylindrical lifting handle of the chassis cutting piece, so that the lifting is safer and more convenient.

    本发明公开了一种用于铁路报废敞车底架拆解的吊运工装,属于铁路报废车厢拆解吊装技术领域,包括吊装架、与所述吊装架上方焊接的两个行车吊耳、与所述吊装架铰接的吊耳支架、与所述吊耳支架上的承重吊链连接的自锁夹爪、与所述行车吊耳连接的吊环吊链、与所述吊装架和吊耳支架相连的拉簧。本发明的吊运工装采用双梁四头式垂直吊运的方法,依靠工装的四个自锁夹爪分别垂直吊住被拆解件的前后左右四个吊把,保证吊运过程的平衡性与稳定性;本发明采用可旋转吊耳支架,满足一定范围内不同尺寸切割件的吊运,避免了频繁更换吊运工装,提高了吊运效率;另外,本发明设计了一种自锁夹爪,针对底架切割件的圆柱吊把装夹起吊,起吊更加安全、方便。
