The FPSO module buttress self-induction system comprises a sliding device, limiting devices, a self-induction system body and a hydraulic system, the sliding device comprises a buttress top plate and a supporting leg bottom plate, the limiting devices are installed on the front side and the rear side of the buttress top plate, and the self-induction system body is installed on the supporting leg bottom plate. A hydraulic system is connected between the buttress top plate and the landing leg bottom plate which are located on the same side, a self-induction system is installed on the buttress top plate, and the limiting device, the self-induction system and the hydraulic system are all connected with a control system. Sliding friction is replaced by rolling friction, the hydraulic system is controlled by the tilt angle sensor and the single chip microcomputer, even if a ship body is slightly deformed, relative movement can be immediately generated between the supporting leg bottom plate and the base plate, the phenomenon of stress concentration is avoided, and the safety of an upper module is guaranteed; the limiting device ensures that the relative displacement of the supporting leg bottom plate and the base plate does not exceed the relative displacement value between the adjacent buttresses, and ensures that the situation that the supporting leg bottom plate is separated from the pin rollers does not occur.
本发明公开了一种FPSO模块支墩自感应系统及自感应过程,包括滑动装置、限位装置、自感应系统和液压系统,所述滑动装置包括支墩顶板和支腿底板,所述支墩顶板的前后两侧均安装有限位装置,位于同一侧的支墩顶板和支腿底板之间连接有液压系统,所述支墩顶板上安装有自感应系统,所述限位装置、自感应系统和液压系统均与控制系统连接。本发明采用滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦,利用倾角传感器和单片机控制液压系统,即使船体发生较小的变形,支腿底板与垫板之间也能立刻产生相对运动,避免产生应力集中的现象,保证了上部模块的安全性;限位装置确保支腿底板与垫板的相对位移不超过相邻支墩之间的相对位移值,确保不会发生支腿底板与滚柱脱离的情况。
