The unmanned ship cluster is composed of two or more unmanned ships, and the unmanned ships communicate with each other. The unmanned ship and the mother ship/shore base communicate with each other; the management center communicates with the mother ship/shore base; the management center is used for completing instruction issuing work, operation task distribution work, operation area setting work and data fusion work; the mother ship/shore station is used for completing operation task scheduling work, communication control work, operation path planning work and operation task coordination work between the unmanned ships; and the unmanned ship cluster is used for completing autonomous navigation work, collaborative operation work, instruction execution work, data acquisition work and data reporting work. According to the invention, the unmanned ship can execute heavy work tasks and adapt to complex water areas.
