The invention provides a new energy vehicle charging parking space management system and method. The system comprises a charging parking space module, a local control cabinet and a background management module. The charging parking space module is used for acquiring information of each part of a charging parking space and a vehicle, managing the parking space based on the information, and performing emergency processing when the vehicle has an abnormal condition; the local control cabinet is used for receiving the collected information of the charging parking spaces and the vehicles, summarizing the information and transmitting the information to the background management module; the background management module is used for carrying out vehicle management and background system operation and maintenance based on the information; real-time conditions of charging parking spaces and vehicles are monitored through the charging parking space module, emergencies can be handled in time, intelligent management is achieved through the background management module, the management level is improved, the service quality is improved, and the operation and maintenance management pressure is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种新能源车辆充电车位管理系统和方法,包括:充电车位模块、就地控制柜和后台管理模块;所述充电车位模块,用于获取充电车位的各部件与车辆的信息,基于所述信息对车位进行管理,并在所述车辆发生异常情况时进行紧急处理;所述就地控制柜,用于接收所述采集充电车位和车辆的信息,并对所述信息进行汇总后传送给后台管理模块;所述后台管理模块,用于基于所述信息进行车辆管理、后台系统运行和维护;本发明通过充电车位模块监视充电车位和车辆的实时情况,可以对突发情况进行及时处理,并且通过后台管理模块智能化管理,提升管理水平、提高服务质量、减少运维管理压力。
