The method comprises the steps of acquiring vehicle information according to an image capture device of the charging parking space unit; controlling a parking space locking device to start the charging parking space unit for the new energy vehicle to enter; charging the new energy vehicle according to a charging pile of the charging parking space unit; and charging the parking charging service of the new energy vehicle according to a cloud server and a charging module of the charging parking space unit. According to the method, a conventional vehicle can be effectively prevented from occupying the charging parking space of the new energy vehicle, the problem that the charging parking space is not enough can be avoided, manual management of the charging parking space is not needed, and the practicability of the method is improved.
