In a working state, the crankshaft falls on the hydraulic flexible supporting structure after being lifted, so that the impact of the crankshaft is controlled, and a bearing bush is not damaged. When the hydraulic mechanism relieves pressure, the crankshaft can fall slowly, and therefore zero impact on a bearing bush in the crankshaft installation process is achieved. According to the invention, the operation requirement on an operator in the installation process of the crankshaft of the medium-speed diesel engine is reduced to the greatest extent, and the impact on a bearing bush in the installation process of the crankshaft is also thoroughly avoided.
