The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for extracting a crankshaft of a diesel engine of a cruise ship, which comprises the following steps of: forming a temporary maintenance hole in a deck 0 based on the size of the crankshaft of the diesel engine to be extracted; hoisting eye plates are arranged on the deck 0 and the lower part of the deck 1; lifting a main engine rack of the diesel engine, drawing out a crankshaft, and moving the crankshaft to the position, corresponding to the temporary maintenance hole, on the deck layer where the diesel engine is located; the crank shaft is hoisted through a pulling and hoisting device arranged on the hoisting eye plate, and the crank shaft is pulled out of the temporary maintenance hole through hoisting and pulling of the pulling and hoisting device and moved to a 0 deck; the crankshaft is moved ashore by a crane. The crank of the diesel engine is taken out from the maintenance hole of the deck 0 in the mode that the temporary maintenance hole is formed in the deck 0 and the lifting eye plate is installed at the position, corresponding to the temporary maintenance hole, of the lower portion of the deck 1, the overall operation efficiency of taking out the crank of the diesel engine is improved, the operation period is shortened, and the operation efficiency of moving out the crank shaft is improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种邮轮柴油机曲柄轴抽出方法,包括:基于待抽出的柴油机曲柄轴尺寸,在0甲板上开设临时维修孔;在0甲板上以及1甲板的下部设置起吊眼板;抬高柴油机主机机架,抽出曲柄轴,将曲柄轴移至柴油机所处甲板层上与临时维修孔相对应的位置;通过设于起吊眼板上的拉吊装置将曲柄轴吊起,并通过拉吊装置的起吊和拉抬将曲柄轴由临时维修孔抽出,移至0甲板;通过起重机将曲柄轴移至岸上。通过在0甲板上开设临时维修孔,并在1甲板的下部与临时维修孔相对应的位置上安装起吊眼板的方式,将柴油机的曲柄由0甲板的维修孔取出,提高了取出柴油机的曲柄的整体作业效率,缩短了作业工期,提高了曲柄轴移出的作业效率。
