The invention discloses a rib plate mechanical metamaterial elastic wave stealth device with an active control function. The rib plate mechanical metamaterial elastic wave stealth device comprises a rib plate, a piezoelectric plate and an active control circuit. The rib plate is made of a uniform ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material and consists of a strip-shaped reinforcing rib and a rectangular substrate, and the piezoelectric plate and the reinforcing rib are respectively arranged on two surfaces of the rectangular substrate; a circular through hole with the radius of 78 mm is formed in the center of the rib plate; the piezoelectric plate is adhered to the surface of one side of the rib plate around the through hole; each piezoelectric plate is connected with the active control circuit to form a mechanical metamaterial capable of performing active control; the length and the width of the rectangular substrate are at least five times of the thickness of the rectangular substrate, and the height of the reinforcing ribs is smaller than the thickness of the rectangular substrate; the piezoelectric plate is a rectangular sheet with a positive electrode and a negative electrode, the model is PZT-5H, and the initial elastic modulus is 56Gpa.
