The invention provides an electrothermal film and stealth metamaterial composite structure with a rasterized wave-transparent design and a preparation method of the electrothermal film and stealth metamaterial composite structure. Comprising a grid structured electric heating layer (1) and a wave-absorbing stealth layer (2) composed of a magnetic material wave absorber (21) of a step structure and a metal grounding layer (3). The wave-absorbing stealth layer (2) is arranged at the lower end of the grid structured electric heating layer (1); a step structure magnetic material wave absorber (21) of the wave-absorbing stealth layer (2) is connected with the grid structured electric heating layer (1); the metamaterial wave absorber (21) is composed of an array structure formed by periodically arranging a plurality of same magnetic material units. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the composite structure. The metamaterial wave absorber disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of magnetic loss, multi-resonance of a step structure, a step edge diffraction effect and the like, and can realize efficient absorption. The metamaterial wave absorber structure provided by the invention has the advantages of small structure thickness, simplicity in processing and the like.

    本发明提供了一种栅格化透波设计的电热薄膜与隐身超材料的复合结构及其制备方法;包括:栅格结构化电热层(1)和由阶梯结构磁性材料吸波器(21)和金属接地层(3)构成的吸波隐身层(2);所述吸波隐身层(2)设置在所述栅格结构化电热层(1)的下端;所述吸波隐身层(2)的阶梯结构磁性材料吸波器(21)连接栅格结构化电热层(1);所述超材料吸波器(21)由多个相同磁性材料单元呈周期排列的阵列结构构成。本发明还涉及前述复合结构的制备方法。本发明所涉及的超材料吸波器具有磁损耗、阶梯结构的多重共振、阶梯边缘衍射效应等特性,可以实现高效吸收。本发明提出的超材料吸波器结构具备结构厚度小、加工简易等优点。
