The invention relates to the technical field of gunwale sliding rail transportation, in particular to a gunwale sliding rail installation method which comprises the steps that two panels are attached and fixed, and lines are drawn on the two panels; web plates are installed on the panels according to the lines, so that the two panels form T beams respectively; the two T beams are disassembled; the two T-beams are located and installed on the broadsides of a ship correspondingly; distance preserving treatment is conducted on the two T-shaped beams; and the T-beams and the sides are welded, so that the two T-beams form a gunwale sliding rail. The method has the beneficial effects that the mounting position of the web is indicated in a line drawing mode, the deformation of the T beam can be effectively reduced, and the perpendicularity of the web and the panel and the planeness of the panel are ensured; during installation, the two T-beams are subjected to distance preserving treatment, so that the two T-beams are under the stable closed rigid constraint condition, the rigidity of the structure is improved, and the welding deformation of the T-beams in the installation stage is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及舷边滑轨运输技术领域,特别是涉及一种舷边滑轨的安装方法,包括:贴合固定两个面板,于两个所述面板上画线;依据所述线在所述面板上安装腹板,以使两个所述面板分别形成T梁;拆分两个所述T梁;将两个所述T梁分别定位安装于船的舷侧;对两个所述T梁做保距处理;焊接所述T梁与所述舷侧,以使两个所述T梁形成舷边滑轨。其有益效果在于:通过画线的方式为腹板指示安装位置,本方法可以有效减少T梁的变形量,确保腹板与面板的垂直度及面板的平面度;在安装时,对两个所述T梁做保距处理,使两个T梁处于稳固的封闭刚性约束条件下,提高结构的刚性,有效减少T梁安装阶段的焊接变形。
