The invention provides a fault diagnosis method for a safety monitoring device of a construction hoist. The fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: S1, judging whether communication with a height sensor can be realized or not; s2, judging whether face verification is passed or not; s3, judging whether the control line is short-circuited or not according to the height change value; s4, judging whether the control line is short-circuited or not according to the opening and closing times of the cage door; s5, acquiring a height change value of the construction hoist and judging whether the height change value exceeds the limit or not; s6, the number of working cycles of the building hoist is obtained, and whether the number exceeds the limit or not is judged; s7, judging whether gear meshing fails or not based on the step S4 and the height change value; s8, based on the S5 and the cage door opening and closing times, whether gear meshing breaks down or not is judged; and S9, judging whether a cage door line is not connected or not based on the S6 and whether the cage door has no opening and closing signal or not. According to the method, the fault position of the safety monitoring device of the construction hoist can be quickly diagnosed by comparing the state data acquired by the sensors and the modules with the preset value and performing combined judgment by using the state data.

    本发明提供一种施工升降机安全监控装置故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:S1、判断是否能与高度传感器通信;S2、判断是否通过人脸验证;S3、根据高度变化值判断控制线是否被短接;S4、根据笼门开闭次数判断控制线是否被短接;S5、获取施工升降机的高度变化值并判断是否超限;S6、获取施工升降机工作循环的次数并判断是否超限;S7、基于S4和高度变化值判断齿轮啮合是否发生故障;S8、基于S5和笼门开闭次数判断齿轮啮合是否发生故障;S9、基于S6和笼门是否无开闭信号判断笼门线是否没接。本方法通过对各传感器和模块采集的状态数据与预设值进行比较以及利用各状态数据进行组合判断,能够快速诊断出施工升降机安全监控装置的故障位置。
