The underwater full-vector propelling device comprises a shell, a full-vector adjusting mechanism and a propeller motor, the full-vector adjusting mechanism and the propeller motor are arranged in the shell, the propeller motor is fixed to the output end of the full-vector adjusting mechanism, and a propeller is arranged at the shaft output end of the propeller motor. The full-vector adjusting mechanism comprises a linear adjusting mechanism and a rotary adjusting mechanism, the linear adjusting mechanism is installed at the output end of the rotary adjusting mechanism, and the propeller motor is installed at the output end of the linear adjusting mechanism. The problem that a plurality of propellers need to be installed on an existing underwater vehicle to control the sailing direction of the existing underwater vehicle is solved, the direction of propellers is changed through two-degree-of-freedom mechanical transmission, the movement flexibility of the propellers is improved, and the performance is improved.
