The train bottom inspection robot comprises a vehicle frame, the vehicle frame is of a rectangular flat plate structure, moving assemblies are arranged above the four corners of the vehicle frame correspondingly, and supporting arms for supporting the moving assemblies are rotationally arranged at the four corners of the vehicle frame correspondingly; the inner side of the frame is provided with four sets of deformation air cylinders which push the supporting arms to drive the moving assemblies to turn inwards and outwards to achieve structural transformation. The moving assembly comprises a moving motor fixed to the outer end of the supporting arm, the output end of the moving motor is in transmission connection with a propeller disc, and a plurality of fan-blade-shaped propellers are fixed to the outer circumferential side of the propeller disc in a surrounding mode. The inspection robot has the beneficial effects that the wheels of the inspection robot are arranged to be of an up-and-down overturning structure, and the wheels are overturned to be in an upright state during vehicle bottom inspection, so that it is ensured that the robot can walk in the rail extending direction at the vehicle bottom to achieve image collection inspection, and the movement smoothness at the vehicle bottom is ensured; and the convenience of robot inspection and the personnel safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种列车车底巡检机器人,包括车架,所述车架为矩形平板结构,该车架四角上方均设置有移动组件,且所述车架四角均转动设置有支撑移动组件的支臂,所述车架内侧设置有四组顶推支臂带动移动组件内外翻转实现结构变换的变形气缸;所述移动组件包括固定于所述支臂外端部的移动电机,该移动电机输出端传动连接有桨盘,该桨盘外圆周侧环绕固定有多片扇叶状螺旋桨。有益效果在于:本发明通过将巡检机器人的轮子设置为可上下翻转结构,在车底巡检时将轮子翻转到直立状态,从而确保机器人能够在车底沿铁轨延伸方向行走实现图像采集巡检,保证在车底的移动顺畅性,提高机器人巡检的便捷性以及人员安全性。
