The invention provides a power supply management system and a power supply management method, and relates to the technical field of power electronics. Comprising a voltage regulating module, a battery management module, a battery module, a first switch module, a second switch module and a third switch module, the first input end of the voltage regulating module is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the battery module, the second input end of the voltage regulating module is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the battery module, and the second output end of the voltage regulating module is electrically connected with the first switch module; the first input end of the battery management module is also electrically connected with the first output end of the voltage regulating module; the cathode of the battery module is electrically connected with the second switch module, and the anode is electrically connected with the third switch module; the positive electrode of the battery module is electrically connected with the first input end of the battery management module, and the negative electrode is electrically connected with the second input end of the battery management module. According to the embodiment of the invention, an additional lead-acid battery is not needed, and the low-voltage power supply is directly provided by the power supply management system, so that the purposes of saving cost and reducing weight are achieved.
