A hydraulic braking system of a railway vehicle comprises a first hydraulic motor, a control valve set, a second hydraulic motor and an energy conversion device, the first hydraulic motor, the control valve set and the second hydraulic motor form a closed hydraulic transmission system, and the two ends of the closed system are connected with a vehicle walking wheel pair and the energy conversion device respectively. The control valve group is connected with the first hydraulic motor and the second hydraulic motor in parallel, the first hydraulic motor is connected with the vehicle walking wheel pair, and the second hydraulic motor is connected with the energy conversion device. The control valve group comprises a communication valve and a two-way overflow valve group used for limiting the pressure of two oil ports A and B on the hydraulic motor I; and the oil supplementing pump is used for supplementing oil for the closed system and providing control oil for the communication valves in the control valve group. The hydraulic braking device can absorb kinetic energy of the vehicle in an energy conversion mode, so that controllable, continuous and stable braking force is applied to the vehicle, the hydraulic braking device is particularly suitable for the working condition that the vehicle goes down a large and long ramp, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.

    一种铁路车辆液压制动系统,包括液压马达一、控制阀组、液压马达二和能量转换装置,液压马达一和所述控制阀组、液压马达二组成一个闭式液压传动系统,闭式系统两端分别连接车辆走行轮对和所述能量转换装置。控制阀组与液压马达一和液压马达二并联,液压马达一和车辆走行轮对相连,液压马达二和能量转换装置相连;所述控制阀组包括沟通阀,用于限制液压马达一上A、B口两个油口的压力的双向溢流阀组;还包括用于为闭式系统补油、为所述控制阀组中的沟通阀提供控制油的补油泵。本发明所提供的液压制动装置能通过能量转换的方式吸收车辆的动能,从而给车辆施加可控的、持续的、稳定的制动力,特别适用于车辆下大长坡道的工况,提高了车辆的安全性。
