The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle suspensions, and discloses a vehicle damping control system and method and a vehicle, the system comprises a sensing assembly, a damper and a controller connected with the sensing assembly and the damper; the controller is used for measuring a vehicle body height value through the sensing assembly when the vehicle is in a parking state, and determining a load compensation coefficient of the vehicle according to the vehicle body height value; when the vehicle is in the running state, running parameters measured by the sensing assembly in real time are obtained, and basic vibration reduction damping is determined according to the running parameters; working vibration damping is determined according to the basic vibration damping and the load compensation coefficient; and controlling the shock absorber to execute preset shock absorption operation according to the working shock absorption damping. The shock absorber effect of the shock absorber can be optimal, finally, self-adaptive shock absorption compensation of a vehicle under different load states is achieved, and riding comfort and handling stability of the vehicle under different loads are guaranteed.
