The invention relates to the technical field of modern environmental sanitation equipment, in particular to unmanned environmental sanitation equipment which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a water spraying assembly, an air spraying assembly, a visual assembly and a controller. The water spraying assembly, the air injection assembly and the visual assembly are all installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle and are all in signal connection with the controller. The visual assembly is used for obtaining image data of to-be-cleaned objects, and the controller stores the image data of all the to-be-cleaned objects in the clean state. The controller is used for comparing the image data obtained by the visual assembly with the image data of the to-be-cleaned object in the clean state so as to judge whether the to-be-cleaned object needs to be cleaned or not. If it is judged that the to-be-cleaned object needs to be cleaned, the controller controls the unmanned aerial vehicle to carry the water spraying assembly and the air spraying assembly to clean the to-be-cleaned object. The cleaning efficiency of building outer walls and bus station canopies can be improved, and meanwhile the requirement degree for manpower is lowered.
