The invention discloses a ship resistance forecasting method based on image learning, and belongs to the technical field of ship equipment, and the method comprises the steps: taking a ship form as a sample which comprises a ship form image and a label; a ship type image is used as input to express ship type features, the content of the ship type image is a side view of a ship type, and the color or gray level of pixel points represents width information of ship body curved surface type value points at the corresponding positions; labels in the samples are resistance data corresponding to corresponding ship types; constructing a convolutional neural network model by adopting a deep learning framework; and inputting the ship type image of the ship type sample and the corresponding label into a convolutional neural network model for training to obtain parameters of the convolutional neural network model so as to input the ship type image of the new ship into the convolutional neural network model to obtain a resistance forecasting result when the resistance of the new ship is forecasted. According to the method, the images are used as input to express the ship shape features, and the defects that a previous approximate model method is not high in universality and expansibility are effectively overcome.

    本发明公开了一种基于图像学习的船舶阻力预报方法,属于舰船装备技术领域,包括:将一个船型作为一个样本,其中,一个样本中包括一张船型图像和一个标签;以船型图像作为输入表达船型特征,船型图像内容为船型的侧视图,像素点的颜色或者灰度表示相应处船体曲面型值点的宽度信息;样本中的标签为相应船型对应的阻力数据;采用深度学习框架搭建卷积神经网络模型;将船型样本的船型图像和对应标签输入卷积神经网络模型进行训练,得到卷积神经网络模型的参数,以在对新船的阻力进行预报时,将新船的船型图像输入卷积神经网络模型,得到阻力预报结果。本发明以图像作为输入表达船型特征,有效克服了以往近似模型方法通用性和拓展性不强的缺点。
