The invention discloses a method and a device for forecasting ship impact revetment. A plurality of ship impact revetment external field sensing front-end systems and ship impact forecasting distributed external field alarm front-end systems are arranged at intervals at the front edge of a revetment needing ship impact forecasting; setting a bank protection front edge near-water side in the anti-collision early warning system, and defining a plurality of groups of water virtual warning areas along the front line of the bank protection; and when the ship AIS and the image recognition track deviate from the navigation channel, the ship invades the overwater virtual warning area, and the actual ship route or the predicted track within a certain time in the future intersects with the front line of the revetment, the rear-end anti-collision early warning system forms an impact record and synchronously sends out ship impact revetment warning information and evacuation information. According to the invention, collision ship type identification, collision ship speed identification, collision area prediction, collision intensity prediction and collision area early warning are realized, so that people in the ship collision area can take danger avoiding measures in advance, and casualties and property loss are reduced.

    一种预报船舶撞击护岸的方法和装置,在需要预报船舶撞击的护岸前沿间隔布设若干套船舶撞击护岸外场感知前端系统和船舶撞击预报分布式外场报警前端系统;在防撞预警系统内设置护岸前沿临水侧划定多组护岸前沿线的水上虚拟警戒区域;当船舶AIS和图像识别轨迹偏离航道且船舶已侵入所述水上虚拟警戒区域,且船舶实际航线或未来一定时间内的预测轨迹与护岸前沿线发生交汇,则后端防撞预警系统形成撞击纪录并同步发出船舶撞击护岸警报信息和疏散信息。本发明实现了撞击船型识别、撞击船速识别、碰撞区域预报、碰撞强度预测和碰撞区域预警,使船舶撞击区域的人员可以提前采取避险措施,减少人员伤亡及财产损失。
