The electric vehicle thermal management system comprises a refrigerant loop composed of a compressor, a gas-liquid separator, an outdoor condenser, a water-cooling heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger, an evaporator, an electronic expansion valve, an electronic stop valve, a temperature and pressure sensor and the like. The cooling liquid loop is composed of a multi-way water valve, an electronic water pump, a heat dissipation water tank, a water temperature sensor, a battery pack, a driving motor and the like. According to the system, a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) in the system is cancelled, besides refrigeration and cooling of the passenger compartment, the battery, the driving motor and the high-power electric appliance, the passenger compartment, the battery, the driving motor and the high-power electric appliance can be heated singly or simultaneously in a heat pump mode, and the effects of refrigeration and dehumidification are achieved by cancelling the indoor PTC and connecting an indoor heat exchanger in series; therefore, various working condition requirements of thermal management of the electric vehicle are met, and the problem that refrigeration, heating and dehumidification of a passenger compartment and refrigeration and heating of other parts cannot be met at the same time after the PTC of an existing electric vehicle system is omitted is solved.

    本发明的电动汽车热管理系统及其工作方法包括由压缩机、气液分离器、室外冷凝器、水冷换热器、室内换热器、蒸发器、电子膨胀阀、电子截止阀和温压传感器等组成的制冷剂回路,由多通水阀、电子水泵、散热水箱、水温传感器、电池包和驱动电机等组成的冷却液回路,以及水冷换热器。本发明取消了系统中PTC,除了乘员舱、电池、驱动电机及大功率用电器制冷降温外,还可采用热泵模式对乘员舱、电池、驱动电机及大功率用电器单一或者同时进行加热,并通过取消室内PTC,串连室内换热器达到制冷除湿的效果,从而满足电动车热管理各种工况需求,解决现有电动车系统取消PTC后无法同时满足乘员舱制冷、制热、除湿以及其它零部件的制冷及制热的问题。
