The synchronous climbing auxiliary device comprises a vehicle body, a roller, a speed reducing motor, a rope arranging device, a telescopic device, an auxiliary mounting device and an intelligent magnetic attraction device, the roller is arranged at the top of the body; the gear motor is connected with the roller belt; a pressure sensor is arranged at the free end of the telescopic device; the steel wire rope bypasses the roller, penetrates through the telescopic device and the pressure sensor and then is connected with the top of the auxiliary mounting device; one end of the intelligent magnetic attraction device is arranged on the auxiliary mounting mechanical arm, and the free end of the intelligent magnetic attraction device can be connected with the detection device. According to the synchronous climbing auxiliary device of the multi-rope combined inspection robot set, the Mecanum wheels can be remotely controlled to adjust the positions according to the number and the positions of the steel wire ropes to be detected, meanwhile, the number of the detection devices can be increased or decreased through the rotating platform, the states of the steel wire ropes are effectively detected in time, and malignant events caused by damage of the steel wire ropes are avoided; and the stability and the reliability of the elevator in operation are ensured.
本发明公开了一种多绳联合巡检机器人组同步攀爬辅助装置,包括:车体、滚筒、减速电机、排绳装置、伸缩装置、辅助安装装置和智能磁吸装置;滚筒设在车体顶部;减速电机与滚筒带连接;伸缩装置的自由端设有压力传感器;钢丝绳绕过滚筒并穿过伸缩装置和压力传感器后与辅助安装装置的顶部连接;智能磁吸装置的一端设在辅助安装机械臂上,智能磁吸装置的自由端能够与检测装置连接。本发明实施例的多绳联合巡检机器人组同步攀爬辅助装置,能够根据待测钢丝绳的数量和位置,遥控麦克纳姆轮调节位置,同时能够通过旋转平台增减检测装置的数量,及时有效检测钢丝绳状态,避免钢丝绳损坏引起的恶性事件的发生,保证提升机在运行中的稳定性和可靠性。
