The invention provides a railway crossing safe passage management and control system and method based on a mobile internet. The system comprises a monitoring management terminal, and roadside equipment, a first mobile intelligent terminal and a second mobile intelligent terminal which are in communication connection with the monitoring management terminal; the roadside equipment is used for acquiring crossing information and road information of a certain distance, and sending the crossing information and the road information; the first mobile intelligent terminal is used for collecting track information of a train and sending the track information; the second mobile intelligent terminal is used for collecting driving information of each passing main body on the road with the certain distance and sending the driving information; the monitoring management terminal generates first indication information and second indication information; the train driver controls the train to safely pass through the crossing according to the first indication information; and each communication main body maintains or adjusts the driving path according to the second indication information. According to the invention, the safe passage of the crossing is ensured, and the congestion and waiting conditions of the crossing are reduced to the greatest extent.

    本发明提供一种基于移动互联网的铁路道口安全通行管控系统和方法,包括监控管理终端和与监控管理终端通信连接的路侧设备、第一移动智能终端和第二移动智能终端;所述路侧设备用于获取道口信息及一定距离的道路信息,并发送所述道口信息和所述道路信息;所述第一移动智能终端用于采集火车的轨迹信息,并发送所述轨迹信息;所述第二移动智能终端用于采集在所述一定距离的道路上各通行主体的行驶信息,并发送所述行驶信息;所述监控管理终端产生第一指示信息和第二指示信息;火车驾驶员根据所述第一指示信息控制火车安全经过道口;各通信主体根据所述第二指示信息维持或调整行驶路径。本发明保证道口的安全通行,又最大化的减少道口拥堵、等待情况。
