The invention relates to the technical field of level crossing passage. The invention particularly discloses a level crossing safe passage system. The system comprises a monitoring sensing device, a vehicle-mounted protection device and a crossing controlling device, the monitoring sensing device and the vehicle-mounted protection device are both in communication connection with the crossing controlling device, and the monitoring sensing device is used for monitoring vibration signals of train running in an approaching area of a level crossing in real time and monitoring environment state dataof the level crossing in real time; the vehicle-mounted protection device is used for detecting the running speed of the train in the approaching area of the level crossing in real time; and the crossing controlling device is used for analyzing the vibration signals to judge the driving direction of the train and outputting a corresponding control signal according to the driving direction of thetrain. The invention further discloses a level crossing control system. The level crossing safe passage system can control the level crossing in real time, ground equipment can be simplified, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
