The invention discloses a control system and method for safe passing of a tramcar at a level crossing, and belongs to the technical field of tramcar safety control. The method comprises the steps that a first car arrival signal and a second car arrival signal moving towards the level crossing and a car leaving signal far away from the level crossing are received; after the first vehicle arrival signal is received, acousto-optic early warning is sent to the level crossing, after early warning preset time, a signal lamp is controlled to be converted into red light, and a barrier gate on one side of the level crossing is controlled to be closed; after the second car arrival signal is received, multiple images in the level crossing area are continuously collected, whether moving objects exist in the level crossing area or not is judged, and barrier gates on the two sides of the level crossing are controlled to be closed when no invading objects influencing normal driving of the electric car exist in the level crossing area; and when the vehicle leaving signal is received and no new vehicle arriving signal exists, the barrier gate is controlled to be opened, and the signal lamp is converted into a green lamp. According to the method and system, safe passing of the electric car is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种用于有轨电车平交道口安全通行的控制系统及方法,有轨电车安全控制技术领域,方法包括接收朝向平交道口运动的第一到车信号和第二到车信号,远离平交道口的离车信号;接收第一到车信号后,向平交道口发送声光预警,在预警预设时间后,控制信号灯转换为红灯,控制没有行人或车辆进入平交道口一侧的道闸关闭;接收第二到车信号后,连续采集平交道口区域内的多张图像,判断平交道口区域内是否有移动的物体,当平交道口区域内不存在任何影响电车正常行驶的侵入物时,控制平交道口两侧的道闸关闭;在接收到离车信号,且无新的到车信号时,控制道闸开启,将信号灯转换为绿灯。上述方法及系统保证了电车的安全通行。
