The invention relates to a flexible butt joint mechanism which comprises a flexible connection box (2) in butt joint with a charging gun head (1), a self-locking structure (3) is connected in the box and comprises a magnetic core (31) wound with a coil (32), one end of the magnetic core (31) is connected with a spring (33) and a steel ball sleeve (34), and a steel ball (35) is arranged on the steel ball sleeve (34); the steel ball sleeve (34) is embedded in the self-locking groove (22b), one end of the spring (33) extends into the insertion cavity (34a) to abut against the steel ball sleeve (34) and the steel ball (35), a fixing needle via hole (22c) is formed in the self-locking groove (22b), and a fixing needle (1a) of the charging gun head (1) penetrates through the fixing needle via hole (22c) to extend into the insertion cavity (34a) and extrudes the steel ball (35) in the radial direction. The device has the advantages that position deviation of the charging gun and the charging base is self-adapted, and equipment damage caused by position dislocation of the charging base and the charging gun is effectively avoided.
