The invention discloses a method for collecting information of a battery car at an intersection road section by using radio frequency identification, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the information of a passing battery car and a road section, and obtaining a label signal and a road condition video of the battery car; analyzing the label signal and the road condition video to obtain a key time point; decoding and identifying the label signal to obtain an identification result of the label signal; intercepting the road condition video according to the key time point to obtain an illegal image; performing vehicle information extraction on the illegal image, associating the extracted vehicle information with the vehicle information carried in the tag signal, and determining an illegal vehicle; and receiving the illegal vehicle information and the illegal image, and uploading the illegal vehicle information and the illegal image to a background server. According to the embodiment of the invention, evidence obtaining is carried out on the illegal driving electric vehicle on the road section, so that the traffic safety awareness of a driver is improved, and traffic accidents are effectively reduced.
本发明公开了利用射频识别采集电瓶车在路口路段信息的方法,其中,该方法包括:检测来往电瓶车以及路段信息,获取电动车的标签信号及路况视频;对标签信号及路况视频进行分析,获取到关键时间点;对标签信号进行解码识别,获取到标签信号的识别结果;根据关键时间点对路况视频进行截取,获取到违法图像;对违法图像进行车辆信息提取,将所提取的车辆信息与标签信号内携带的车辆信息进行关联,确定违法车辆;接收违法车辆信息以及违法图像,将违法车辆信息及违法图像上传至后台服务器。实施本发明实施例,通过对路段上违法行驶的电动车进行取证,提高驾驶员的交通安全意识,有效的减少交通事故的发生。
