The invention discloses a power-assisted steering gear which comprises a shell. The power-assisted driving structure is mounted on the shell, and the power-assisted driving structure is mounted on the shell; the toroidal worm and the rocker arm shaft are both located in the shell, the toroidal worm is in power connection with the power-assisted driving structure, the toroidal worm is provided with driving meshing teeth, the position of the rocker arm shaft in the axial direction is adjustable, the rocker arm shaft is provided with driven teeth in meshing transmission with the driving teeth, and the driven teeth are meshed with the driving meshing teeth. The driven teeth are configured to be gradually changed in tooth thickness in the axial direction, and the rocker arm shaft is used for outputting steering torque. According to the power-assisted steering gear, the transmission reliability can be improved, the machining difficulty and the assembly requirement of the power-assisted steering gear can be reduced, the manufacturing cost of the power-assisted steering gear can be reduced, the meshing clearance after the driving gear and the driven gear are abraded can be adjusted, the transmission noise is reduced, meanwhile, due to the fact that the structure is simplified, the maintenance difficulty can be reduced, the maintenance time and cost are saved, and the using effect is better; and the application range is wider.

    本发明公开了一种助力转向器,包括:壳体;助力驱动结构,所述助力驱动结构安装于所述壳体;环面蜗杆和摇臂轴,所述环面蜗杆和所述摇臂轴均位于所述壳体内,所述环面蜗杆与所述助力驱动结构动力连接,所述环面蜗杆设有主动啮合齿,所述摇臂轴沿轴向的位置可调,所述摇臂轴设有与所述主动齿啮合传动的从动齿,所述从动齿构造为沿轴向方向上齿厚渐变,且所述摇臂轴用于输出转向扭矩。本发明实施例的助力转向器,可提高传动可靠性,降低助力转向器的加工难度及装配要求,节约其制造成本,且可调节主动齿和从动齿磨损后的啮合间隙,减少传动噪音,同时,因其结构简化,可降低保养难度,节约保养时间及成本,使用效果更好,适用范围更广。
