The invention discloses an intelligent inspection robot, and relates to the technical field of rail transit nondestructive testing. The intelligent inspection robot comprises a body module, a control module, an inspection module, a bionic leg module and a driving module, the control module, the inspection module, the bionic leg module and the driving module are arranged on the body module, the control module comprises a controller and a processor, and the controller is connected with the inspection module, the driving module and the processor; the inspection module is controlled by the controller to drive the bionic leg module to walk, the inspection module is controlled by the controller to collect images of the steel rail and send the collected images to the controller, the controller sends the images to the processor, and the processor analyzes damage of the steel rail according to the images. The intelligent inspection robot can intelligently detect various damages of the steel rail at the same time, the detection efficiency is high, and manual cooperation is not needed.

    一种智能巡检机器人,涉及轨道交通无损检测技术领域。该智能巡检机器人包括本体模块、设置在本体模块上的控制模块、巡检模块、仿生腿模块和驱动模块,控制模块包括控制器和处理器,控制器分别与巡检模块、驱动模块和处理器连接;巡检模块在控制器的控制下驱动仿生腿模块行走,巡检模块在控制器的控制下对钢轨进行图像采集并将采集到的图像发送至控制器,控制器将图像发送至处理器,处理器根据图像分析钢轨的损伤。该智能巡检机器人能够同时对钢轨的多种损伤进行智能化检测,检测效率高,且无需人工配合。
