The invention relates to the technical field of inspection robots, in particular to an AI and CV-based smart dog for transformer substation inspection, which comprises a mechanical dog, and a supporting seat is mounted on the mechanical dog; the smart dog further comprises a machine body detection device and a dynamic stabilizing device, and the machine body detection device and the dynamic stabilizing device are both installed on the supporting base. The machine body detection device comprises a transverse detection assembly and a longitudinal detection assembly which are used for detecting the horizontal state of the supporting base. The dynamic stabilizing device comprises a blocking assembly and a locking assembly which are used for controlling the transverse detection assembly and the longitudinal detection assembly respectively. Through the mechanical dog, the machine body detection device and the dynamic stabilization device, the functions of detecting the posture of the machine body of the mechanical dog in real time and flexibly adjusting the shooting angle are achieved, the effects of controlling the shot picture level and improving the picture comparison accuracy are achieved, and the problem that traditional inspection equipment cannot stabilize the shooting angle is solved.

    本发明涉及巡检机器人技术领域,具体是涉及一种基于AI与CV的变电站巡检用智慧狗,包括机械狗,机械狗上安装有支撑座;智慧狗还包括机体检测装置和动态稳定装置,机体检测装置和动态稳定装置均安装在支撑座上;机体检测装置包括用于检测支撑座水平状态的横向检测组件和纵向检测组件;动态稳定装置包括分别用于控制横向检测组件和纵向检测组件的阻塞组件和锁止组件。本发明通过机械狗、机体检测装置和动态稳定装置实现了实时检测机械狗机体姿态并灵活调节拍摄角度的功能,达到控制拍摄画面水平、提高画面对比精准度的效果,解决了传统巡检设备无法稳定拍摄角度的问题。
